efficient bar stafffun water parklovely food
the bar staff worked very efficiently and quickly!!! my kids loved the water park and pool. the food was lovely and i always managed to find something to enjoy. the entertainment staff were very family-focused and had something for everyone.
the hotel room was smaller than i expected.

i had an absolute blast . i met some lovely people from england. i even sang karaoke which is something i don't usually do! the rooms were big and the beds were massive. the rooms were also super clean!!!
the food could have been better. i found the gym a bit small for my liking. there were also some issues with noise levels at night which affected my sleep.

i had such a blast ! the rooms were spacious with massive beds, and they were super clean. niko and his animation team were fantastic. the pool party was AMAZING!!!
the solorka trips were a bit disruptive. their leaders weren't managing things well, and it caused some minor issues, but it didn't ruin my holiday!

The staff smiled and were very helpful . the bar staff worked very quickly and efficiently to deal with queues. reception was helpful too. The hotel staff provided excellent, friendly service.
